During high school, Chad Sheets worked with a foundation company pouring residential footing and foundations, at a mechanic shop, and alongside his father on new builds. After graduation, he joined the union in St. Louis, MO as a carpenter.

By age 21, he founded CMS Construction LLC, a framing and trim company that employed between 5 and 20 carpenters. His team specialized in framing new homes, light commercial projects, remodels, interior trim, cabinets, siding, roofing, and custom carpentry. During this time, he also built spec homes and two of his own residences.

In 2012, he moved to Charlotte, NC, where he gained valuable experience as a field superintendent with Bonterra Builders, overseeing home construction in North and South Carolina before moving into purchasing. In 2019, he joined Linnane Homes as a construction manager, specializing in custom homes.

By 2022, he launched Sheets Contracting LLC, bringing together decades of experience to focus on kitchen and bath remodels, additions, covered porches, sunrooms, barns, trim, and all aspects of carpentry.
